- 2 packs of Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking oil
- Dip or sauce of choice (Mayonnaise or sweet&sour sauce)
Prepare Indomie Mi Goreng noodles per packaging instructions. Drain the noodles and add flavour sachet seasonings. Pour the beaten egg over the noodles and stir well. Spread the mixture over an aluminium foil in an even, thin layer. Fold the foil over the mixture and put it into the freezer for 40-60 minutes. Once it is semi-frozen, take it out and cut into shapes for frying. Deep fry in cooking oil until the colour is golden. Serve with your favourite dip or sauce of choice (or serve with meat).
