- 2 packs of Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup chopped vegetables (carrots and peas)
Prepare Indomie Mi Goreng noodles as per packaging instructions. Leave the seasonings for later. Drain and cool the cooked noodles. Once the noodles have cooled, add seasonings, raw eggs, flour and vegetables. Heat the frying pan over medium heat. Add a tablespoon oil. To form a pancake add 3 spoons of Mi Goreng batter on the frying pan, shape into a pancake and cook for 2 minutes. Turn and fry on the other side for another minute or two. Your meal is ready to serve. Tip: serve it with meat. Enjoy!
