- 1 pack of Indomie Mi Goreng noodles
- 2 cups of water
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp red pepper (or fresh chili)
- 1 spring onion
Put about 2 cups of water in a larger saucepan. Add all other ingredients except spring onion. Cook for 2 minutes, until noodles are fully cooked. Serve it on a plate and garnish with some chopped spring onions (or fresh herbs, like coriander) or sprinkle with lime or lemon zest on top. Enjoy your meal!
